Public demand justice in Garishma murder case, Garishma belongs to Surat city of Gujarat. She has been brutally murdered in public view. The incident happened in Pasodara on 12 February 2022. Fenil Goyani slitted Garishma’s throat in full public view and in the presence of her parents.
For your information, let me know you that this is a case of one sided love. This whole incident happened 2 days before of valentine’s day. Garishma was a first year B.com student at Surat city in Gujarat. She is belonging from Junagadh while the accused young boy is belonging from Saurashtra.
Garishma’s father Nandlal Vekariya is currently working in diamond industry in Nigeria. Garishma resided with her mother Vilas Vekariya and brother Dhruv.
Nowadays you will find people of some such elements in the tea shop, in the betel (paan) shop and in the canteen. Those who molest girls and chase them. misbehave with them. The youth of today go mad in love and attack them when the girls refuse their proposal. Nowadays such cases are seen in everywhere. But, this case has crossed the limit. In this case, the girl’s throat was slit in broad daylight. It’s video has become quite viral on social media. The incident was carried out in front of a family member. It was a very painful incident, this incident has shaken the completely the Gujarat state. A 21 year old boy his name is Fenil Goyani. He is a student of a fashion designer. And Garishma was a B.com
student and wanted to join army. Both of them belonged to the same community. The biggest mistake of Garishma’s family was that they did not complain to the police. The members of the family felt that they are belonging to the same community, then the family members will peacefully windup the matter. And they ignored the painful symptoms. After that such a big incident happened.

When the girl’s brother ran to save his sister, he was also attacked by the accused Goyani. The members of the family explained a lot but he didn’t understand and after that he slitted Garishma’s throat with a knife. Soon after, the Goyani consumed poison and also cut his own vein. Police said that as soon as the young man Goyani comes to his senses, we will arrest him immediately. He was hastened to the hospital. and is still undergoing treatment.
SP Jadeja said the deceased was being harassed since the last one year . When asked about further courses of action, SP Jadeja said we have a number of videos of the incident will have already be sent for a forensic lab and files as evidence. we will ensure the charge-sheet is filed as soon as possible. And will appealed for a fast track court to take up the matter. we will ensure that the victim must have strictly punished for this brutal crime.
