In the first three places, women, Shruti became the topper and Ankita of Bihar became the second topper. The result of UPSC civil services examination 2021 has declared. Girls have captured the first three ranks among the successful candidates. Shruti Sharma, a resident of Bijnor in Uttar Pradesh, was the topper, while Ankita Agarwal, a native of Bihariganj in Madhepura district of Bihar, was the second topper. Ankita Agarwal’s family presently leaves in Kolkata. At the same time, Gamini Singla has secured the third position. Aishwarya Verma is fourth, while Utkarsh Dwivedi has secured the fifth position. The top three ranked girls said they would like to work in women empowerment and other important areas like education and health.

TOP 25 candidates of UPSC

There are 15 men and 10 women in the top 25 places. A total of 685 candidates have passed out of which 508 are male and 177 are female. UPSC has recommended the names of qualified candidates for appointment to various central services. It has claim that 80 candidates are provisional. At the same time, the result of one candidate has been prevented.Civil Services Examination is conducted every year in three phases, under which officers are selected for Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service and Indian Police Service.

Shruti is good in history while Ankita is good in economics. Topper Shruti Sharma graduated from St. Stephen’s College (Delhi University) and did her post-graduation from JNU. Her optional subject in the exam was History. She has also been a student of Jamia Millia Islamia’s Residential Coaching Academy. 23 students of the academy Ankita, who stood second, is also a student of St. Stephen’s. She has done her graduation in economics. Her optional subjects in the examination were Political Science. Gamini Singla, who stood third, did her B.Tech in Computer Science. Her optional subject in the examination was sociology. Shruti Sharma gives humongous credit to her parents and friends.

Shruti Sharma has chosen administrative service as her first option. She wants to work in the field of education and women empowerment. She got the success in a second attempt. And I would like to work in the field of women empowerment, primary health care and school education system. Ankita was selected in IRS in her first attempt. But it was for her as third attempt.
