He has told on Wednesday that it has been decided to open the school; he has made it clear that only 50% of the children are being allowed to attend, thus it is the first time after the coronavirus that Schools will be fully opened from 16th August. Education Minister Chaudhary said that this will give impetus to the stagnant educational development in the state. There will be no compromise with the health of the children; classes of classes IX and XII will also start on Saturday. The preparations have been already started for this. In fact, the classes of higher secondary are already being started in the state of Bihar. He has told that the children of all primary and middle schools from classes 1 to 8 will be called in the program of Independence Day. At the same time, permission has been given to open all shops and prestigious institutions in the state with weekly closure from August 7.

In the meeting, the decision has been taken by the Crisis Management Group chaired by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday regarding Unlock 5.
The Bihar government has given more exemptions under Unlock 5. In this, permission has been given to open schools, colleges, coaching institutes, shopping malls, cinema halls, while it has been decided to keep religious places closed till August 25. The education department will make sure to sanitize and clean the school’s campus before opening classes of 1 to 8.

- Now public transport is allowed with 100% capacity.
- Religious places will remain closed till August 25, no programs will be held in public places.
- Coaching institutes can also open with 50% attendance.
- Shopping’s malls have also been allowed to open in alternate days with 50% capacity.
