The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has invited applications for various posts. There is a total of 3603 applications are invited. It is a great opportunity for the prints who want to get a job in SSC. In this article, we will explore all about qualifications and eligibility criteria. SSC has released its official notification on 22 March 2022.  The online application has started on 22 March 2022. The last date for making online payments and applying online mode is 30 April 2022. It is expected that the admit card for the MTS exam will get in June 2022. The candidates should have the citizenship of India to apply in SSC MTS.

Age Creteria

The age limit for the post as per the recruitment rules of various user departments are-

  a. The candidate’s age should be 18 to 25 years while the candidate born not before 02-01-1997 and not later than 01-01-2003.

b. The candidate’s age should be 18 to 27 years while the candidate born not before 02-01-1995 and not later than 01-01-2004.

Age relaxation is permissible for the different categories as per the norms.

Application Fee

The candidates need to pay Rs 100/- for the application fee. Women candidates and the Candidates belonging to scheduled caste, scheduled tribes, a person with a disability, and ex-servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of a fee. Scheme of examination the examination will consist of Tier 1 and Tier 2.

 In Tier 1, the exam will be based on a Computer-based test. Tier 2, will be conducted as a descriptive paper. On the other hand, the last process is document verification.

Know the exam pattern

a. Tier 1 will consist of objective-type multiple-choice questions the question will be set both in Hindi and English medium.

b. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer candidates are there for advice to keep this in mind while answering the question.
